Glossy: The colors on glossy prints are a little more vibrant and the overall finish has a little more shine, but the detail of the image is a little less crisp.

Matte: The colors on matte prints are a little more muted and the overall finish is closer to the original image giving a crisper feel and better detail on the brush strokes of the original image
